Each additional guest add $10/nightly or $50/week
Payment of 1/2 the total due is required to place your reservation. The balance is to be paid by May 1 for summer rental 5/19 - 9/7 or at least 45 days prior to check-in date.
Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% if cancelled _60_ days prior to the Check-in Date
_50_% if cancelled _30_ days prior to the Check-in Date
__0__ if cancelled within 30 days to the Check-in Date
A $400 refundable security/damage deposit fee is added on to the total of your reservation, Refunds will be issued after your departure if there is no damage, missing items, or additional/extensive cleaning.SessSSe
